Located on the second story of our Old Town sanctuary, this concept was created by owners Pietro and Sal Busalacchi and Gustavo Rios to give their "fresh, playful, and flavor-bursting" sushi the spotlight it deserves.
The Cuisine Helmed by Head Chef Eric Steadman (formerly of Hane and Barbusa), Tako specializes in Mexican-Japanese fusion. Our menu rotates with the seasons, featuring tapas-style sushi, inventive crudos, and Japanese-inspired tacos. It is a culinary dialogue between two rich cultures, focusing on uncompromising quality and local seasonality.
